Data controller

Corporate Housing Stockholm AB is the controller for the personal and company data submitted to us via our website. If you have questions about how we process your data, contact us at info@corphousing.se.

What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect what you provide: the company name, your email address, preferred move-in date and the number of people who will live in the apartment. We do not collect more data than needed to answer your inquiry.

Why we process the data

The data is used only to answer your inquiry, prepare price proposals and manage the ongoing customer relationship. A confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address you provide.

Processing is carried out so that we can fulfil our commitment to you as a customer, or for our legitimate interest in marketing and selling our services (GDPR art. 6.1 b and f).

How long the data is kept

Inquiries that do not lead to a deal are normally deleted after 24 months. Data needed for bookings and invoicing is kept as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data may be processed by suppliers we use to operate our website and email (data processors), but only to deliver the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may at any time object to processing based on legitimate interest.
